Position Overview
\n
We are looking for a Process Engineer with a deep understanding of turbine engine component repair. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and documenting repair processes to support our growing network. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on MRO experience with advanced digital modeling capabilities to design reliable, compliant, and efficient repair solutions.

Key Responsibilities
\n
Process Development: Design, evaluate, and optimize repair processes, operations, and workflows for complex gas turbine engine components.
\n
CAD Modeling & Drafting: Utilize Autodesk Inventor to create high-precision 3D models and detailed engineering repair drawings.
\n
Technical Documentation: Author detailed technical repair instructions, process sheets, and tool designs compliant with regulatory and OEM standards.
\n
Network Support: Provide engineering technical assistance and troubleshooting support across our aerospace component repair network.
\n
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve repair yields, reduce cycle times, and integrate advanced repair technologies.
\n
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all engineering data and repair methods conform to FAA, EASA, and quality management system requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills
\n
Industry Experience: Proven experience specifically within Turbine Engine Component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO).
\n
Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Inventor for 3D modeling and creating engineering drawings.
\n
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes (e.g., welding, machining, thermal spray, heat treatment), and inspection methods.
\n
Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
\n
Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, technicians, and repair network partners.
\n
