Process Engineer Job Description:

PrideStaff is working with a local electronics manufacturer that is seeking a Process Engineer to join their growing team. The Process Engineer will work across all stages of the manufacturing process to support continuous operations & quality. The Process Engineer will design innovative processes and equipment for new facilities and modify, upgrade, and optimize existing equipment and processes. The ideal Process Engineer candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field and at least two years of experience in production or process engineering. The Process Engineer position is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity in Fremont, CA.

Process Engineer Job Responsibilities: 

• Research & Develop new Manufacturing Equipment
• Assist Process Technician with Complex Troubleshooting as Needed
• Collect, Interpret & Document Operational Data into Written Reports 
• Lead the Installation & Setup of new Equipment
• Present Data Analysis & Progress Reports to Management & Clients
• Continually Evaluate Equipment & Workflows to Ensure Peak Efficiency & High Quality Standards 

Process Engineer Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related Technical Discipline is Required
• Must have at Least 2 Years of Proven Work experience in Production or Process Engineering
• Proficiency in CAD or AutoCAD
• Experience with Process Simulation Tools
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• In-Depth Knowledge of Process-Related Industry Standards
• Strong Technical & Engineering Problem-Solving Capabilities
• Excellent Data Presentation & Written Communication Skills
