The firm is seeking qualifiedEngineersto join their Longview, TX office. This full-time, on-site position requires professionals who are highly skilled in engineering design, project management, and field operations. Engineers in this role will perform detailed engineering designs, develop and review project plans, manage multiple projects, and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to deliver efficient and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conductengineering design and analysis, creating detailed plans for projects in line with industry standards.

• Develop, review, and manage project plans, ensuring milestones are met and projects remain on schedule and within budget.

• Performsite inspections, field assessments, and technical evaluations to verify project specifications and quality.

• Prepare comprehensivetechnical reports, documentation, and project updatesfor internal and client use.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, surveyors, and clients, to deliver coordinated and efficient project outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with allrelevant regulations, codes, and best practicesapplicable to the engineering discipline.

• Utilize specializedengineering softwarefor planning, modeling, analysis, and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree inEngineeringor a closely related field.

• LicensedProfessional Engineer (PE)or eligible for PE licensure.

• Strongengineering design, project management, and site inspection skills.

• Proficiency withengineering softwareand technical tools for analysis and planning.

• Excellentverbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

• Knowledge of applicableregulations, standards, and engineering best practices.
