Responsibilities:

Evaluate, synthesize, and interrelate information from internal and external sources when solving problems and making decisions

Make decisions based on analysis, experience, and good judgment; solve difficult problems with effective solutions; ask questions and probe diverse sources for answers

Accurately scope out length and difficulty of tasks and projects; organize work into logical process steps; use time effectively; establish priorities

Evaluate the risk/reward priority of improvement opportunities

Develop, document, implement, and sustain manufacturing processes using appropriate data and tools

Root cause analysis and corrective action

Work Environment/Physical Demands: 70% of time will be in the manufacturing production area

Strong project management capabilities
Who are we looking for?
Qualifications:
Required:

4-year degree in Engineering
-
4+ years of manufacturing experience
-
Experience in process driven, continuous operations
-
Experience leading high performance work teams
-
Experience with process control and new product introduction technologies

Proven project management skills
-
Strong record of Lean Sigma Tools implementation

- Wire and cable expe
You should be proficient in:
- Lean Manufacturing Principles
- Six Sigma Experience
- Plastic Extrusion Experience
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
