Process Engineer in Evansville

Job Description

Large Manufacturing company located in Evansville Indiana is looking for a Process Engineer that has worked in a metal or steel manufacturing environment

JOB DUTIES

• Optimize manufacturing processes, improve product quality, increasing throughput, reducing cost, and supporting new product development across coiled and cut-to-length/spooled tubing production lines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshoot process issues, and implement data-driven solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Assist Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to increase OEE, reduce scrap, and improve cycle times.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Support troubleshooting of production equipment and tooling to ensure consistent performance.

REQUIRED

• 4+ years working as a Manufacturing Engineer in a manufacturing Environment
• Strong experience in lean manufacturing / continuous improvement
