At least one year of experience in ergonomics, manufacturing or industrial engineering, safety, or a related technical area. Experience conducting ergonomic assessments and implementing workplace improvements. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
