Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and enhancing operational efficiency within our facility. This position requires a strong background in engineering principles, as well as experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Design and Development: Design and develop new manufacturing processes and systems, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to process performance, using statistical methods to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and maintenance, to ensure seamless implementation of process changes.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve process-related issues, providing technical support to production teams as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of process specifications, changes, and improvements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Training: Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment, ensuring proper understanding and adherence to procedures.
  • Project Management: Lead or participate in process improvement projects, utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement techniques.


Qualifications:

Education:

Associate's or Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.


Experience:

  • Previous experience in process engineering or a related field is , with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in process simulation software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


Qualifications:

  • Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Experience in a specific industry (e.g., electronics) may be advantageous.
  • Experience with LabView or similar software a plus
