Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Process Engineer for one of our Clients in Dallas, TX to help scale precision operations for high-performance materials. Our client is a rapidly growing advanced manufacturing company in the sustainable technology sector, and this role will play a big part in their next stage of growth. If you enjoy owning processes, solving technical problems on the production floor, and driving measurable improvements in efficiency and quality — this role is for you.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and optimize CNC machining and grinding processes
  • Improve tool life, cycle time, and surface finish performance
  • Troubleshoot machining defects and lead root cause analysis
  • Define machining parameters, tooling strategies, and quality standards
  • Implement process controls to reduce scrap and increase throughput


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience in machining or manufacturing process engineering
  • Experience with CNC machining centers and/or precision grinding
  • Strong understanding of tooling, speeds & feeds, and surface finish requirements
  • Proven experience reducing scrap and improving cycle time
  • Comfortable working hands-on in a production environment


A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials Engineering, or related field is required, and experience machining hard or brittle materials, working with CAD/CAM software or familiarity with statistical process control/Six Sigma methodologies is .
