Hours: 37.5 hours

Mon-Thurs: 07:30am-16:00 pm, Fri: 07:30am-13:00pm

Salary: Up to £56,000 + Company benefits

We're looking for a motivated and driven individual to bring best practices in process engineering, champion Lean methodologies, and improve manufacturing flow and efficiency. Maintaining our high-quality standards and supporting key machining and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities of the role:

- \n
- Optimise and improve manufacturing processes through focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across machining operations
- Lead and support lean initiatives by driving continuous improvement through waste reduction process standardisation, and shop floor optimisation.
- Use Excel and internal systems to analyse data and track performance.
- Tackle and reduce the current process documentation backlog.
- Work closely with shop floor teams to ensure process optimisation.

Skills required:

- \n
- Significant experience in Process Engineering and Manufacturing /or Industrial engineering
- Continuous improvement background and proven experience using Lean-Sigma
- Ability to drive, influence and lead manufacturing process changes
- Hands-on experience in machining, hydraulics, automotive, aerospace, or similar industries
- Previous working experience using Microsoft tools (excel) to store and analyse data
