Process Engineer (Continuous Improvement)

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer to help design, develop and optimize industrial manufacturing processes.

In this role you will

• Initiate and oversee process improvement projects
• Develop standardized work procedures
• Develop project scopes, cost estimates, schedules and milestones
• Gather data
• Identify early failure indicators and recommend action
• Drive adoption of best practices

To be a good fit for this role you must

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt ()
• High level of leadership and organizational planning
• Have advanced technical skills in the mechanical/electrical fields
• Thorough knowledge of maintenance systems, work order process, and preventive maintenance
