Elmet Technologies, a subsidiary of The Elmet Group, manufactures high-performance refractory metal products used in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, medical, and high-temperature applications. We are hiring a Process Engineer to develop, improve, and support manufacturing processes for our Spray Dry and Plasma Densification operations.

This is a hands-on engineering role working closely with production, quality, and customers to improve yields, resolve issues, and support new product development.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and document manufacturing processes for molybdenum and tungsten products
• Improve processes, methods, and equipment to increase capability and yield
• Troubleshoot production issues alongside shop floor employees
• Support new product introduction and technical customer requirements
• Lead root cause investigations, corrective actions, and FMEA activities
• Partner with quality to resolve nonconforming material and complaints
• Provide technical guidance and training to production teams
• Support supply chain planning and production readiness

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering
• Project management and process planning experience
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
• Experience with SPC and Lean Manufacturing
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills
• : Thermal Spray Dry or Additive Manufacturing experience
