Production Saw & Machine specializes in innovative manufacturing solutions through personal attention to customer cutting and machining needs. We produce high and low-volume precision CNC-machined parts for automotive suppliers, military, industrial equipment, agricultural, and heavy truck industries. About the Role:

To ensure the uptime, reliability, and continuous improvement of CNC and automated manufacturing systems through expert-level troubleshooting, control programming, and hands-on support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Industrial, Controls, or Manufacturing
• 5+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills & Competencies

• Communication: Able to read and interpret technical documents, regulations, and professional publications. Skilled in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedures. Capable of presenting information clearly to managers, employees, clients, and customers.
• Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and GibbsCAM.
• Mathematical: Comfortable with geometry, trigonometry, statistical concepts, and applying fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions in practical situations. Experienced in using measurement tools.

Problem‑Solving

• Able to resolve practical problems, adapt to varied situations, and interpret instructions delivered in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form.

Work Expectations

• Adheres to company attendance standards, arrives at the assigned workstation ready to work, and remains productive through the end of the scheduled shift.
