What You’ll Be Doing\n

• Partner with formulators throughout product development

\n

• Optimize formulas for scalable manufacturing

\n

• Evaluate equipment capabilities across contract manufacturers

\n

• Troubleshoot scale-up and commercial production challenges

\n

• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams

\n

About You

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field

\n

• Experience with powder and liquid formulations

\n

• Background in household cleaning, personal care, or similar consumer products

\n

• Strong knowledge of formulation, scale-up, and manufacturing processes

\n

• Expertise with excipients, processing aids, and production troubleshooting
