Our customer in Southwest, MI is looking to add a hands on, mechanically strong, process engineer to their growing team. This person will be responsible for a large piece of equipment - including making sure it's switching between customers/processes efficiently, troubleshooting issues, communicating with maintenance, and overall optimizing the performance of this department. Someone who is strong with people, mechanically inclined and great at using data to make decisions would be ideal.
