Talento Search Group has an opening for a Process Engineer position in Bluffton, IN.  This is a full time, direct-hire position and the pay rate will depend on experience.  

Position Summary:
The Process Engineer is responsible for improving safety, quality and productivity to increase production capacity and engineering efficiencies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Improve processes in site manufacturing facility
• Improve capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
• Determine causes of problems and developing solutions
• Provide engineering support to the production department
• Develop effective corrective actions to customer complaints through root cause problem solving methods
• Enforce all company safety rules and regulations

Experience Needed:

• Degree in related Engineering field
• 2-3years of industrial engineering experience
• Stamping and welding experience is
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 is helpful
