Come join a top-notch Production team in Redmond, OR as our Process Engineer!

We are seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable team member to contribute to our company. This role is responsible for the continuous improvement on the shop floor of our processes, data analysis to determine areas of improvement/risk assessment, & root cause analysis. We are looking for candidates with about 5 years process engineer experience, preferably in a manufacturing/production role. Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and high mechanical aptitude are required, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to staff throughout all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Implement continuous improvement processes

✅ Foster a culture of safety and accountability

✅ Identify recurring issues, develop and maintain documentation processes

✅ Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and impact of changes implemented

✅ Conducts Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA).
