We are seeking ahighlyexperiencedSenior ProcessEngineertolead processoptimization andtechnicalsupportatourfullyautomatedcoatingsmanufacturingfacility.Thisrole requiresdeepexpertiseinformulatedchemicalprocesses,withastrongemphasisonautomation,PLCcontrolsystems,andcontinuousimprovementmethodologies.Theideal candidatewill haveaproventrackrecordinscaling,troubleshooting,andenhancinghigh-volume,automatedproductionsystemswithinthecoatings,adhesives,orspecialty chemicals industry.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Leadprocessengineeri?gactivities forbatchandcontinuous operationsinafully automated coatings production environment.
• Interface directlywithautomation and controls teams to manage andimprove PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems (Allen-Bradley,Siemens, etc.).
• Monitorand analyzeprocessdataforOEEimprovement,cycletimereduction, energyoptimization, andproductqualityconsistency.
• DevelopandreviseP&IDs,processflowdiagrams, andSOPsfornewandexisting processes.

• Collaboratewithmaintenanceandreliabilityteamstoimproveequipmentuptimeand production throughput.
• Support R&D, Production,andtheProduct Management teamto collaborate & assist with new product development.
• LeadRCAs andcorrective actionplansin response to processupsets,quality issues, or downtime events.
• Ensurecompliancewith EHS,OSHA,EPA,andquality(ISO/TS)standards.
• Drive capitalproject support fromconcept to commissioning,includingequipmentselection, automationintegration,andperformancevalidation.
• Serveasatechnicalmentortojuniorengineersandproductionstaff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor'sdegreeinChemicalEngineering, MechanicalEngineering,Process Engineering, or related field (Master's ).
• 1O+yearsof relevantexperienceinprocessengineering incoatings,chemical manufacturing, or similar industries.
• Strongproficiency with automation systems and PLC programming/logic (Rockwell Automation, Siemens TIA Portal, or equivalent).
• Familiaritywithbatchcontrolsystems(ISA-88)andindustrialcontrolsoftware.

• Deep understanding of pumps, mixers, tank systems, heating/coolingloops, dust collection, and environmental controls.
• Experience withstatisticalprocess control(SPC),SixSigma, orother data-driven problem-solvingtools.
• Demonstrated success leading continuous improvementor lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Strongleadership,communication,andcross-functionalteamskills.
• Collaborate with supply chain and operations to identify and eliminate bottlenecks inmaterial flow and scheduling.
• Develop anddeliver trainingfor operators and production staff onnew processes, equipment, and control systems.
• Act as akeycontributor instrategicmanufacturing decisions related to automation upgrades andsystem integration.
• Comfortable working in a small-to-mid-sized company where agility, initiative, and ownership are valued.

PreferredExperience:

• Workexperienceinapaint,coatings,resin,oradhesivemanufacturingfacility.
• Experience withautomated materials handlingsystems, recipe management, and batch automation.
• Exposure toindustry 4.0technologies, including remote monitoring, predictive maintenance, andsmart factory systems.
