NOW HIRING: PROCESS / TOOLING ENGINEER

We’re looking for a hands-on Process / Tooling Engineer to join a growing manufacturing team and help drive process improvement, tooling performance, and production readiness.

Location: Ankeny, IA

Job Type: Full-Time

Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience

What You’ll Do

• Develop and validate processes using Scientific Molding techniques

• Perform DOE, OQ/PQ, and process qualifications

• Troubleshoot molding, tooling, and equipment issues

• Monitor process controls, quality, and production performance

• Maintain mold/process documentation and recommend improvements

• Partner with Design, Quality, and Project Engineering teams

• Train and mentor team members while supporting production

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience with Injection Molding / Plastics Manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of Scientific Molding

• Experience with DOE, OQ/PQ, and process validation

• Strong troubleshooting and process optimization skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
