Process Engineer in Akron

We’re looking for a hands-on Process Engineer to own and optimize how our products are built efficiently, safely, and repeatably.

Salary will be based on experience, even if over the range published on this posting!! 

What You’ll Do:
• Own production processes post–product release
• Develop/maintain work instructions, routings, labor standards & tooling needs
• Lead 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive cycle time reduction, yield improvement & cost savings
• Support daily production and lead root cause analysis
• Manage post‐launch process changes and standardization

What You Bring:
• Manufacturing process expertise 3 years experience minimum
• Time studies & labor modeling experience
• Equipment/tooling knowledge
• Strong RCA & Lean/CI skills (5-Why, Fishbone, DMAIC)
• Floor presence with strong operator engagement
• Data analysis skills
• CAD proficiency
