Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Process Engineer role based in Aiken, SC. The Process Engineer will design, develop, and optimize industrial processes to improve safety, efficiency, and product quality. Daily responsibilities include analyzing process data, troubleshooting issues, implementing process controls, and collaborating with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to support smooth plant performance. The role involves preparing technical documentation, supporting capital projects, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations. The Process Engineer will also ensure compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.\n
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Process Engineering and Chemical Engineering, with experience applying engineering principles in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in Process Design to develop, scale, and improve production processes and equipment configurations.

• Experience with Process Control, including monitoring process parameters, utilizing control systems, and optimizing process stability and reliability.

• Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying root causes, and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

• Familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements relevant to chemical or process industries.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and basic project management skills is beneficial.
