Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Engineer located in Jurupa Valley, CA. The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, controlling, and optimizing processes. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing workflow, improving process efficiency, and implementing process control strategies. The individual will also work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Track KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Analyze operational data to develop reports and support decision-making
• Develop, revise, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Lead initiatives to eliminate waste and inefficiency in operations
• Design and implement efficient systems, ensuring quality and compliance
• Partner with Finance on rate card pricing and cost analysis
• Provide engineering support for operational excellence initiatives
• Generate and assess performance metrics and ROI reports
• Support projects through data analysis, reporting, and presentations
• Assist with change management, training, and process validation
• Lead material handling and labor management system improvements
• Use CAD/software tools to design layouts for maximum efficiency
• Travel up to 25% locally and out of state as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in Process Design and Process Engineering
• Skills in Process Control and Analytical Skills
• Background in Chemical Engineering
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the warehousing and fulfillment industry is a plus
