Addison Precision Manufacturing is looking for Process Engineer who will develop and maintain processes in a lean manufacturing setting.
The Process Engineer works with both the customer and fellow departments to develop and improve the manufacturing process by studying product and manufacturing methods. Process Engineers have the ability to contribute their knowledge and ideas to improve upon current processes, resulting in reduced cycle times, improved quality of product and increased cost savings.

Requirements:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support manufacturing in productivity and quality improvements
- Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods, establishing standards.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing process flows.
- Experience in Tooling, Fixturing and Gaging
CAD (Fixtures, Prints, and Models)
- Collaborate with Engineers, Contractors and Suppliers
- Optimize processing capabilities through use of continuous improvement principles
- Assist in the development (design and machine) new/existing features.
- Support Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action determination
- Strong Blueprint Reading and GD&T Understanding
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as a process engineer or similar role .
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques.
- Project management skills
- Problem solving ability
- Strong GD&T knowledge
- Continuous commitment to health and safety standards.
- Contribute to a team effort as well as being able to work independently.
