• Partner closely with plant staff, operators, and technical teams to develop and implement SOPs, Kaizen strategies, and process control systems.
• Provide technical training and support in areas like extrusion, winding, and resin processing.
• Research and apply new manufacturing technologies to improve plant performance.
• Foster a culture of safety, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in plastics extrusion operations.
• Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering .
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and statistical tools.
