Process Engineer
Your role : The position is located in Leuven, Belgium. The person will support operations of lithography, etch process and its metrology for electronic materials development by utilising the state-of-the-art facilities at a worldwide leading research center in semiconductor field. The person will support operational work at cleanroom environment and managing sample logistics and expendables. The position requires adaptability to work in clean room environment, good organizational skills in operation plan and its execution and ability to work independently or in a team environment. An experience in lithography process equipment operation, basic knowledge in patterning and/or etch process technologies, semiconductor device, test metrology, managing troubleshooting and ability to improve quality of product are preferred for the position. Who you are : Certificate or degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, physical Chemistry or other related Science with 1+ years’ experience in clean room environment.1+ years’ experience of experiment planning and execution to improve processes or materials formulation.Essential in fluent English for internal and external communication.Self-motivated; able to work independently or in teams with little supervision.Adaptability of flexible & shift working hours in case of urgency.1+ years’ experience on lithography related materials and/or etch process development.Understanding of and familiarity with Dry Etch, lithography, and/or deposition processes and equipment.Eager to learn and to achieve defined goal.Ability to find solution in troubles independently or team environment.Adaptability of flexible working hours in case of urgency.
