Process Engineer

Description :You as a Process Engineer (Open) for will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Ramadan City, El-Sharkia, Egypt. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.Your responsibilitiesEnsuring a smooth integration of new manufacturing processes including machines, technologies, tooling, and equipment.Performing process capability studies, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making to meet productivity targets & achieve operational excellence.Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements in all Manufacturing activities.Identifying and implementing process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, to ensure a consistent quality level.Providing training and guidance to production associates on new processes, procedures, and equipment in-line with setting & monitoring ramp-up plan adherence to ensure a successful implementation and operation.Conducting detailed analysis and evaluating of existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending appropriate solutions.Developing, optimizing, and owning the improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your background A bachelor’s degree in mechanical / design & production / industrial engineering. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic language is required. Proven work experience of 3-5 years in process engineering.Knowledge of SOPs & SPCs is a must.Knowledge in Handling & tooling is a plus.Experience in process optimization.Experience in working with CAD and AutoCAD is a must.Self-steered, analytical thinker & a team player.
