Position Summary:
The Process Engineer is responsible for ensuring adherence to established production processes and protocols, driving continuous improvement, and supporting operational efficiency. This role involves auditing, training, and implementing process improvements to enhance safety, quality, service, and cost performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process Clarity & Compliance
    • Ensure all team members clearly understand and follow established production processes and protocols.
    • Audit ongoing production to verify adherence to established processes.
  2. Documentation & Standards
    • Revise and maintain process documentation in conformance with ISO requirements.
    • Ensure all revisions are properly communicated and implemented.
  3. Training
    • Conduct new employee training on relevant production processes.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to maintain process discipline.
  4. Continuous Improvement
    • Participate and lead improvement activities aimed at enhancing Safety, Service, Quality, and Cost.
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
  5. Operational Support
    • Participate in projects identified for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and ISO standards.
  • Experience in process auditing and documentation.
  • Ability to lead training and improvement initiatives.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • 2-5 years of experience in engineering or technical background .
