About the roleThe Process Development Engineer is responsible for process development to meet development project functional requirement specification (FRS) and excellent for manufacturing.Scope : Power Integrated Module ( Econopack / Easypack) and Inteligent Power Module ( SPM , SSDC). Front of Line Process ( Die attach + DBC attach )What you will doParticipate project team for process characterization & deliver corresponding data and report▪ Fulfill internal and customer requirement through process development / improvement▪ Conduct technical review / sharing for advanced assembly technology▪ Understand the process integration risk and come out with a risk mitigation plan▪ Support QA / product team on customer complaint and failure analysisWhat you will need▪ Degree holder in Engineering related disciplines▪ Min. 5 years experience in Semiconductor industry▪ Skillful on frontend assembly processes like Ag sintering Die Attach , DBC attach , Component attach▪ Familiar with 6 sigma, FMEA, DOE and statisticsHard Skills:▪ Statistical analysis & quality and problem solving toolse.g. DOE, SPC, FMEA, Ford 8D and Minitab etc.▪ Six-sigma technique• Soft Skills:▪ Good communication skills with fluent English and Chinese▪ Good interpersonal skills and leadership ability (if applicable) like teamwork, team building etc.▪ Strong motivation on problem solving and with quick response to external / internal customerThis is your department and colleagues: Nexperia is passionate about High Power application technology development.
