What You Will Do

Execute manufacturing and lab-based processes within molecular diagnostics environments

Perform precise pipetting, reagent measurement, preparation, and storage

Follow strict lab safety protocols, including PPE use and proper cleaning standards (BSL-1 or BSL-2 environments)

Maintain accurate, detailed documentation to support quality and compliance standards

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while upholding high-quality benchmarks

Demonstrate strong time management to balance fluctuating daily priorities and deadlines

Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and step in to support team needs

Contribute to a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning
What You'll Need to Have

3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, molecular diagnostics (PCR, sequencing, infectious disease), or related manufacturing environments

Educational background in Chemistry, Biology, Genetics, or a related field

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work

Hands-on lab experience, including pipetting and reagent handling

Understanding of lab safety practices, PPE, and cleanroom or controlled environments

Ability to think critically, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities

A self-aware mindset with the confidence to ask questions and seek clarity when needed

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative

Excellent documentation habits and organizational skills

Experience with lyophilization is a plus, but not required
