Position Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Process & Data Analyst Assistant to join our Process & IT team. In this role, the ideal candidate will support day-to-day monitoring of operational data, identify process gaps and compliance issues, and help connect business operations with IT systems. This position requires strong attention to detail to support reporting, documentation, and issue follow-up across teams. The goal is to help the organization detect issues early, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making with minimal disruption to the business.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Monitor and analyze day-to-day operational and system data across core business processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Logistics & Transportation, Inventory Management, Master Data Management) to identify anomalies, risks, and trends.
- Own weekly KPI reporting and dashboard maintenance, delivering concise insights on operational health metrics (e.g., OTIF compliance, ASN timeliness/accuracy, logistics expense rate, inventory accuracy).
- Track, log, and manage cross-functional issues by partnering with Supply Chain, Finance, Product, IT, 3PL partners, and regional teams across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
- Identify root causes, coordinate corrective and preventative actions, and drive issues to closure based on agreed priorities and SLAs.
- Perform regular and ad-hoc business breakpoint checks on critical transactions and documents; publish exception summaries and support prevention of recurring issues.
- Support process improvement initiatives through project coordination, including status tracking, retrospectives, task boards, and risk/issue visibility.
- Contribute to process documentation and knowledge management by developing and maintaining process maps, SOPs, flowcharts, training materials, approvals, and meeting notes.
- Maintain a structured document library to ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility across teams.
- Work with data across multiple systems and tools (OMS, TMS, ERP, EDI, WMS, and operational trackers) to ensure data accuracy and actionable reporting.
Qualification/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analysis, or related)
- Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables required; Power Query is a plus), and comfort working with imperfect data to spot anomalies, identify patterns, and derive insight
- Clear communication: able to write structured updates, ask good questions, and coordinate across teams
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable: can track items from "opened" to "resolved" with good documentation
- Self-motivated toward goals with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic understanding of SQL/database concepts and willingness to learn fast (hands-on experience is a plus)
Benefits:
- Vacation: Starting at 15 days per year
- Health & Wellness Days: 10 days per year (prorated based on start date)
- Paid Holidays: 12 days per year
- Medical Insurance

- Vision Insurance
