Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hourJob OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Process Control Specialist to support manufacturing operations by monitoring production processes, improving efficiency, and maintaining process control systems. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to learn all aspects of the operation, including waste treatment.Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process control strategies to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with production and management teams to improve and modify control systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process control issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of control instruments and equipment.
• Train and support team members on process control systems and operational best practices.
• Learn and assist with waste treatment processes to ensure compliance with company and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate records and follow all safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify process improvements.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn waste treatment operations.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow safety protocols.
• Previous manufacturing or process control experience is but not required.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule required.
• Must be available to work weekends as needed.

Compensation

• Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
