Important Job Functions
- Email box monitoring and distribution to appropriate parties.
- Review incoming agreements and redline to ensure compliance with internal standards
- Upkeep and filing of business licenses for all company entities
- Assist with requests for information for sales team and operations
- IRS Tax ID validation and confirmation requests as needed
- Ad Hoc projects as directed by leadership
Other Job Functions
- Assisting co-workers in backlog.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s degree )
- Three to five years relevant experience, preferably in document review
- Attention to detail
- Ability to see patterns in agreement verbiage and apply that knowledge to future agreement reviews
- Effective communication skills with users, associates, supervisors, and executive leadership
- Excellent organization skills and time management
Other Skills/Abilities
- General knowledge of MS Office products, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, & Power BI
- Adobe Acrobat
