Process Chemical Engineer

Our client, a reputable consulting firm in the chemical, oil, and gas industries, is seeking an experienced Process Chemical Engineer for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role will involve process engineering consulting work, applying standard engineering techniques and procedures to various projects.

Location:Â Greer, SC (also open to candidates in Augusta, GA, or Pittsburgh, PA).

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with engineering deliverables including process calculations, design criteria/basis of design memoranda, process flow diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), tradeoff studies, and master planning studies.

Support multiple large-scale projects, acting as a technical expert for the process engineering scope.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.

5+ years of experience as a Process Chemical Engineer, with a focus on oil, gas, or chemical projects in a consulting environment.
