Job Description:
We are looking for a Process Associate / Analyst with experience in Certificate of Insurance (COI) processing and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance. Candidate should have hands-on experience with ACORD 25 forms, policy verification, endorsements such as AI, WOS, and PNC, along with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Responsibilities include reviewing COI requests, validating policy coverage, issuing certificates within SLA, handling renewals/cancellations, and coordinating with clients and account managers to ensure compliance and accuracy.
