Process Assistant

Job Description

Leaders Romans Group are looking for a new Process Assistant to join us on a permanent basis based in our busy office in Crowthorne House, Wokingham.

In this Process Assistant role, day to day you can expect to:

  • Work closely with the Client Accounts Operational / Audit Team to ensure all processes and procedures are working efficiently.
  • Provide Accounts Ledger training to Branches and Property Management.
  • Provide training to new team members.

This position is a very busy role and requires great system knowledge, attention to detail and ability to challenge current processes.

Responsibilities

  • Review and challenge processes and procedures
  • Workflow Reviews
  • Sample checking agreements and TOB.
  • System Audits
  • Accounts Ledger training to external departments
  • Non-Resident Landlord Tax
  • Working with the acquisition team to ensure smooth handovers to Client Accounts.
  • Data Collecting for ARLA Audits -Interim and Annual

On a broader note, the ongoing requirement of this role is to build and maintain strong working relationships with branch staff and managers.

Branches are often under pressure to resolve queries quickly and therefore need the support of the Client Accounts team. At the same time, branches need to provide the team with the correct information to reduce re-work and queries.

This is a continual process and one that the person in this role will be key to. 

To be considered for this role, you will need the following experience and skills:

  • Ability to identify problems and suggest solutions.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads under pressure.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with branch staff.
  • Ability to be diplomatic.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
  • Organised and methodical approach.

Working Hours 
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
