Role at a Glance

We are hiring a detail-driven Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and refine production processes that deliver efficiency and quality. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enable new product launches, uncover improvement opportunities, and drive cost-effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

A Day in the Life

• Collaborate with production, quality, and design teams to stabilize and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Analyze process and quality data to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support new product introduction by ensuring manufacturability and smooth transition from design to production.
• Maintain clear documentation and robust process controls to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives across assigned areas.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Proven experience analyzing and improving production processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Background in automotive manufacturing processes and standards.
• Proficiency with CAD tools and process simulation software.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methods.
• Strong project management capabilities and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
