We're currently looking for a friendly Printing-Customer Service Specialist to join our team in our new Rice Village location

About the Role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping them with their printing needs, suggesting products, and ensuring they have an exceptional experience from start to finish. You’ll also assist with order processing, organization, and keeping things running smoothly at the front counter. This role requires someone comfortable being on their feet for most of the day in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally in person, over the phone, and via email.

  • Assist customers with placing orders and recommending appropriate products or services.

  • Process customer orders accurately using our systems.

  • Suggest additional products and services based on customer needs (upselling/cross-selling).

  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and positivity.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Operate office computers, printers, and software (Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, etc.).

  • Stay organized and multitask between counter service, email communications, and production support.

  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while being on your feet throughout the day.

What We're Looking For:

  • Friendly, outgoing attitude with a genuine desire to help customers

  • Strong English communication skills—both written and spoken.

  • Solid computer skills: comfortable typing, navigating software, and basic troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat/Reader.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.

  • Sales-minded with the ability to suggest and promote products.

  • Comfortable standing and moving around for extended periods.

  • Previous customer service experience ( but not required).
