You’ll be right in the mix — where the real engineering challenges happen. Whether that’s breaking through blockers, mentoring our brilliant devs, driving adoption of AI tools, or guiding scalable architecture — you’ll be the go-to person for making great things happen.

What you’ll be doing:

Embedding yourself in teams to help them deliver top-quality code with confidence

Leading the way with AI dev tools (Devin, Co-Pilot, Replit, Cursor — you name it!)

Driving “best in class” SaaS cloud platform practices: scalable, secure, and future-ready

Representing IRIS externally & growing our internal tech culture

Owning our engineering culture and helping it evolve

Influencing technical strategy alongside our senior tech leaders

Coaching, challenging, and inspiring engineers at all levels

✅ What we’re looking for:

A technical leader with deep experience across multiple stacks

️ Hands-on knowledge of cloud- technologies & architecture

A track record of delivering impactful engineering outcomes

‍ A mentor and coach who supports career growth & technical excellence

Strong understanding of async, memory management, performance tuning & debugging

Comfortable with modern CI/CD, Agile delivery and large-scale systems

An innovative mindset, excited by new tools and new ways of thinking
