Job Title: Principal Engineer (WTG Foundations)
Location: London or Bristol (Hybrid, with travel to HQ if Bristol-based)

A rapidly growing and award-winning offshore wind engineering consultancy leading innovation in monopile foundation design.

What will you be doing?

\n

\n
• Leading structural design and optimisation of primary steel monopile foundations using cutting-edge in-house software.

\n

• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure design excellence across all project stages.

\n

• Managing technical delivery of multiple offshore wind foundation projects to budget and timeline.

\n

• Providing expert insight on fatigue, load calculations, structural integrity, and offshore codes.

\n

• Mentoring junior engineers and championing innovation in monopile technologies.

\n

Are you the ideal candidate?

\n

\n
• 8+ years in offshore wind or marine structural engineering, specialising in monopile primary steel design.

\n

• Strong understanding of global analysis, marine loads, and soil-structure interaction.

\n

• Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering; chartered or working towards chartership.

\n

• Familiarity with design tools (in-house and industry standard, e.g. Sesam suite).

\n

• Proven leadership and communication skills with a collaborative approach.

\n
