Davidson is seeking a Principal Model Based Systems Engineer in Charleston, SC. This position is contingent on contract award.

This pivotal role contributes to a dynamic, forward-thinking initiative for the United States government. The program is collaborating closely with a diverse array of experts specializing in Digital Transformation, Integrated Architecture, and Digital Enterprise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (STEM) with a minimum of 12 years relevant experience
• Significant experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE); specifically using SysML (Cameo/MagicDraw)
• Requirements decomposition and traceability expertise
• Expertise in Structural Decomposition
• Expertise in Behavior Modeling
• Expertise in Parametric modeling within an integrated systems model
• Experience verifying architectures with Cameo Simulation Toolkit
• Experience presenting MBSE artifacts to non MBSE practitioners
• Experience Integrating Software Architectures in UML into System Architectures in SysML

Desired Competencies:

• Master's Degree in Engineering (STEM) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Communication System Design Experience
• Digital Engineering/Transformation Experience
• OCSMP Certification

Currently holds a Secret Clearance
