AGS is headquartered in downtown Des Moines and since 2017 has been a leader in the ground screw solutions and distribution in the U.S. and Canada. As we scale our operations to include development of the Latin American market as well, we’re looking for a pioneering engineer to lead our technical efforts and help drive widespread adoption of our solutions.

Position Overview:

We are hiring an in-house engineer to lead the development, deployment, and promotion of our ground screw foundation systems. This is a unique opportunity to help lead the technical direction of a growing company while working closely with sales and leadership teams to bring cutting-edge foundation solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the company’s technical authority on ground screw foundation systems.
- Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise during client engagements, proposals, and presentations.
- Lead the development of engineering standards, design tools, and installation guidelines.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to support project planning and sales.
- Design and validate custom foundation solutions for diverse applications.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Build and eventually lead a high-performing engineering team as the company grows.

Qualifications:

- Active PE (Professional Engineer) license in the U.S. (required).
- Degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in foundation design, geotechnical systems, or construction engineering.
- Strong knowledge of ground pile or alternative foundation technologies is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and field teams.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
