With modern facilities and a supportive culture, they offer a unique opportunity to work on impactful projects that help shape the future of transport and infrastructure.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\n * Lead the design and development of analogue electronics, SMPS, and embedded systems.\n * Mentor and support a team of engineers, promoting best practices and innovation.\n * Oversee system integration, including power control, HMI, and lighting solutions.\n * Tackle complex technical challenges including EMC, thermal management, and compliance.\n * Approve designs, documentation, and testing procedures for high-performance products.\n * Drive continuous improvement and stay up to date with industry advancements.\nExperience required:\n * Degree in Electronics Engineering (Master’s/PhD desirable).\n * Significant proven experience of electronics design experience, including SMPS and power systems.\n * Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.\n * Proficiency in SPICE, Matlab, Altium or similar design tools.\n * Knowledge of compliance, safety standards, and product development best practices.\nDesirable:\n * Experience with embedded systems, lighting control protocols (DALI, DMX), or IoT.\n * Familiarity with energy harvesting, wireless power, or automated testing
