Join our client, an established Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy in Cardiff and drive the technical delivery of exciting civil engineering projects. As a Principal Civil Engineer, you'll ensure top-tier quality, manage project performance, and mentor our client's talented team.



You'll be working on key projects in sectors like:



Residential and commercial housing

Care homes

Cutting-edge renewable energy (wind farms are a specialty!)

Industrial sites

And we're actively building our presence in the rail sector! We're looking for someone who:



Has 8+ years of post-graduate experience and is comfortable leading designs.

Is highly skilled in drainage, highways, and civil infrastructure design, plus adoption procedures.

Communicates brilliantly, both with your team and our valued clients.

Has desirable software skills (MicroDrainage, AutoCAD, Civil 3D).

Is likely Chartered, but we welcome all highly experienced candidates.
