Key Responsibilities:



Leading the design and assessment of bridge structures

Overseeing bridge maintenance programmes to ensure safety and functionality

Managing project teams and providing technical guidance

Job Requirements:



Extensive experience in bridge engineering within the Highways sector

In-depth knowledge of bridge design, assessment, and maintenance principles

Strong leadership and project management skills

Proficiency with relevant engineering software and tools

Excellent report writing and presentation abilities

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Relevant engineering degree and professional qualifications
