I’m working with a leading engineering consultancy growing their Operational Engineering team in London.
They’re looking for an Associate-level Mechanical Engineer with experience across existing buildings, refurbishment, and performance improvement projects, someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while supporting decarbonisation and sustainability goals.
You’ll take the lead on multi-disciplinary projects, guide clients through technical
decisions, and mentor the next of engineers, all while working on some of the UK’s most interesting science, research, and commercial schemes.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading refurbishment and upgrade projects from concept to completion
Producing specifications, reports, and design deliverables
Carrying out feasibility studies, surveys, and technical due diligence
Providing expert advice on building performance and energy efficiency
Supporting and developing junior engineersWhat we’re looking for:
Degree qualified in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
Chartered (or working toward) Engineer status
Strong experience with existing buildings, refurb, or building performance projects
Confident communicator who enjoys client interaction
BIM/Revit knowledge Focus: Sustainability | Building Performance | Refurbishment
