We are seeking skilled and reliable HVAC Certified Apartment Maintenance Technicians in Jackson, MS to join our team. In this role, you'll perform routine and emergency maintenance, including HVAC repairs, plumbing, electrical, appliance servicing, and unit turnovers. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, offering weekly pay at $19–$21/hr. What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and general apartment features
• Perform HVAC maintenance and emergency repairs
• Make-ready units for new (apartment turns)
• Keep property in top shape: upkeep, safety, and curb appeal
• Respond promptly and professionally to work orders

What We’re Looking For

• HVAC Certification (Required)
• 1+ year of apartment or property maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude
