We are looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to join our team as an Exterior Cleaning & Operations Lead. This role combines professional pressure washing and exterior cleaning with overseeing daily operations to ensure our jobs run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be skilled in exterior cleaning, able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and confident in managing people, schedules, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform exterior cleaning services (pressure washing, gutter cleaning, etc.) to company quality and safety standards.
• Assist in preparing, operating, and maintaining equipment and vehicles.
• Supervise and coordinate daily operations, including crew assignments and workflow.
• Train, mentor, and hold team members accountable for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Conduct site inspections, track cleaning schedules, and manage inventory.
• Oversee facilities and equipment maintenance, including basic repairs using hand and power tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment before and after each job.

Qualifications:

• 3+ year of experience in exterior cleaning or related field.
• Prior leadership, crew supervision, or operations management experience .
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (trailer driving , or willingness to learn).
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and rain; capable of lifting heavy equipment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on work ethic and attention to detail.

Schedule:

• 30–45 hours/week, Monday–Friday with some weekends or overnights as needed.
• Opportunities for advancement.
• Salary position after probation period.

Location: Jacksonville, FL 32226 (must live locally or relocate before starting).
