About the Opportunity
A well-established, growth-oriented building materials supplier with over 20
years of industry experience is seeking a President to lead its next stage of
expansion. The organization specializes in supplying and supporting large-
scale commercial and residential projects across Florida, with services
ranging from estimating and procurement to field execution and installation.

full leadership responsibility, driving business growth, operational excellence,

Position Summary
The President will serve as the senior leader of the organization, responsible
for strategy, financial performance, operations, and culture. Reporting
directly to ownership, the President will ensure continued growth,
profitability, and reputation as a trusted supplier and partner in the
construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute the company's strategic growth plan.
Drive market expansion, business development, and customer retention.
Foster relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners.Operational Management
Oversee day-to-day operations including sales, estimating, procurement, logistics, and installation.
Implement process improvements to drive efficiency, margin growth, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with regulations, safety, and quality standards.Financial Performance
Full P&L ownership, driving revenue growth and profitability.
Monitor AR/AP, cash flow, and inventory to ensure financial strength.
Report regularly to ownership on financials, KPIs, and business performance.
Governance & Communication
Lead weekly KPI calls to track progress and ensure accountability.
Present and participate in monthly Board Meetings to provide updates on financials, operations, and strategy.
Provide transparent reporting to ownership on financials, KPIs, and business performance.Team Development
Lead and mentor a high-performing management team.
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Recruit and retain top talent to support long-term growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field (MBA ).
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in building materials, construction supply, or related sectors.
Demonstrated success in managing P&L, driving revenue growth, and improving profitability.
Strong operational knowledge of doors, frames, hardware, and glazing a plus.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to scale organizations.
