Join our team as a Solutions Architect and play a key role in designing, developing and quoting nurse call systems for healthcare facilities. In this position, you will collaborate with the sales team to create detailed system designs, ensuring our solutions adhere to industry standards, regulations and client needs. You’ll develop and implement accurate, efficient quoting processes, working closely with sales, operations and supply chain teams to maintain current component databases.


The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare technology system design, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with design and quoting tools such as AutoCAD and Excel. You will be responsible for training internal and reseller teams, and ensuring all designs and installations meet quality and compliance standards. Excellent communication and time management skills are essential, and familiarity with healthcare IT is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Design and Development: Work closely with the sales team to design and develop nurse call solutions tailored to healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Quoting Process Development: Enhance quoting processes for projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Training and Education: Develop training materials and sessions for internal and partner teams, focusing on quoting procedures and product knowledge
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet quality and compliance standards, with a focus on zero errors throughout the process.


Educational Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
  • Certifications or training in healthcare technology, low-voltage systems, or project estimation are advantageous


Qualifications

  • Experience in designing and implementing healthcare communication or low-voltage systems
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and codes relevant to healthcare technology
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Proficiency with design tools (AutoCAD or similar) and quoting tools (Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Familiarity with hospital organizations and patient care
