The Opportunity We re expanding our team and seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to lead our Pre-Construction function across the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that values shared success and long-term sustainability. What You ll Do Oversee all pre-construction activities, ensuring projects are profitable, de-risked, and ready for success .

Manage planning, estimating, and project readiness in line with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001). Build strong relationships with clients, design teams, and supply chain partners. Ensure smooth handovers to construction teams for effective delivery.

What We re Looking For Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and various forms of contract. Strong understanding of SHE legislation , design coordination, and planning. Proficiency in ASTA Power Project planning software.
