Pre Construction Manager - Flooring in EC1

CSS Recruitment are looking for Pre Construction Managers for a well established Flooring Contractor.\n\nThis role is based in London.\n\nThe role will be office based 4 days a week with some site visits required in and around London with 1 working day at home per week (WFH will commence after the initial training period)\n\n * Experience working for a flooring contractor with a flooring background is ideal - although, experience working in the commerical sector is sufficient.\n\n * Proven experience in preconstruction management, ideally in a flooring background.\n\n * Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines.\n\n * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.\n\n * Knowledge of construction processes and project estimation techniques.\n\nContract / Permanent role.\n\nPlease contact Emma at CSS for further details and to apply
